A movie where a computer virus attempts to take over the world?

I'm copying this from another question that was never answered, but it's a movie that I think was out after 2000 at least, or maybe before that, I'm not quite sure:





1) they leave all there electronic gear in the road because that's how the virus is tracking them





2) The virus messes up an air traffic controller map to put two planes on a collision course to kill the creator of the virus





3) The guy is using a gameboy to stop the virus.





Any help is appreciated. ;D|||It is either "Eagle Eye" or "Live Free or Die Hard". Both are sort of like what you say and both are excellent movies.
