Have you ever ordered from Amazon.com and not received your items by the estimated delivery date?

The order shipped on September 21, 2009 coming from somewhere in Nevada. It's coming USPS, and the tracking info through Amazon.com's link shows:

September 21, 2009 08:41:00 PM HEBRON KY Arrival Scan

September 23, 2009 07:19:00 PM NORTH METRO GA Shipment received by carrier

September 23, 2009 07:02:00 PM NORTH METRO GA Shipment has left seller facility and is in transit

When I type the same tracking number into the USPS website, it shows:

Label/Receipt Number: xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xx (left out on purpose)

Service(s): Delivery Confirmation鈩?br>

Status: Shipment Accepted

Your shipment was accepted/picked up at 7:19 PM on September 23, 2009 in NORTH METRO, GA 30026 .

Shipment Accepted; September 23, 2009, 7:19 pm, NORTH METRO, GA 30026

Electronic Shipping Info Received, September 23, 2009 Arrived Shipping Partner Facility

September 21, 2009, 8:41 pm, HEBRON, KY 41048

The delivery estimate was Sept. 25, but it didn't arrive...even though it should have been here yesterday according to the delivery estimate. Of course, it doesn't say it's "delivered" yet. But that's a little interesting that I live right beside Atlanta and it was technically there by the 23rd in what they call "North Metro, GA". I am not familiar with that term anywhere in Georgia, and upon looking it up on a map, it's not a real city/town. Instead, it's considered multiple cities in varying locations up to 20+ miles away from each other on north, east and west sides of the state.

USPS seems to take forever to update their tracking information. No update to the info in 3 days. Is this common for USPS?|||Sure, but it looks like this is the USPS issue this time.

Amazon goofs up a lot though|||I've never had a problem with Amazon but I use the UK version. If anything, they deliver early most of the time.
