Which programming languages suit best these two applications ?

Scenario 1:

Boards Marketing LTD needs to have a dynamic web site (a collection of electronic files residing on one or more web servers) that presents interactive content, advertisement stuff and interface to the end user in the form of web pages once requested. Such elements as text, forms, and bit-mapped images (GIFs,JPEGs, PNGs) are to be used in the mentioned websites.

Scenario 2:

A8 Clubbing is in need of real time computerized control system to add to their beverage stock control. The system has to provide a unique identification code for each beverage, stock lifetime tracking, and also stock level control for each product A8 consumes. This mentioned system must also provide computer warnings to the bartender when stock is either low or high.

For the two scenarios described above, name a programming language to use to create the mentioned applications and justify why this language is capable of handling this application|||I think for both scenarios, you can use PHP/Mysql. It's open source, reliable, and secured. For the first one, you can use CMS like Joomla. It's good and also user friendly.

For the second one, may be you'll need some customized program/script written in PHP. PHP for the backend solution. It's a server side scripting language. Mysql is for database operations.|||Have you tried or heard about Xsitepro 2.0
