Do you no how i can measure the distance from my house to school using a electronic mapping system?

I don't know what an "electronic mapping system" is, but if you map out the route in either yahoo or google maps, it will tell you the distance.|||use yp.yahoo.com


enter the school address.


Select "directions" and enter your house, it will tell you the route and distance.


If you want distance as the crow flies, maybe things like google earth may be better.


Note that they usually assume earth is round and locally level, so no hills which affect the real distance.





You could also use a gps and it will plot your route and tell you the distance.
